KADMOS is provided as NSIS setup file or as a self extracting setup.exe file. Run setup.exe for the installation, specify the desired path and directory in the dialog box of winzip, and click the button UNZIP to extract the files. After the extraction close the dialog box. All the other products such as runtime licenses are installed in the same manner.
⚠️ The DLL version of KADMOS is delivered with a software copy protection (KADMOS.LIC). This file must be saved once before the first authorization and once after the authorization! After installation, the DLL must be authorized with an authorization number. This can be done by phone, fax, or via Internet.
KADMOS is provided as a tgz file generated with Gnuzip. This file contains a tar file. With the command tar the tgz archive and the tar archive can be installed (read the file readme.txt). Additional there is a directory wintools with the file setup.exe. Start this file under Windows to install some help files for Windows.
