In the KADMOS classifier programs (which are invisible for KADMOS users) essential improvements could be implemented.
To apply those improvements for recognition, all classifiers had to be recomputed. Over several months all our computers
in Kreuzlingen had been working day and night. Seven days a week, 24 hours a day, with more than 100 logical cores of the CPUs.
The result isa remarkable improvement of isolated character recognition.
All other interfaces have remained unchanged from version 6.0.
